By using Askerium (askerium.com) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Askerium is a web tool that allows you to upload, analyze, and query data files using artificial intelligence. The service is provided 'as is' and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Askerium to:
- Upload or process illegal data or data that violates third-party rights
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or abuse the service
- Collect or scrape data from the service in an automated manner
- Illegal or harmful purposes
4. Your content
You are solely responsible for the files and data you process through Askerium. Your files are not saved on our servers. We claim no rights over your data.
5. Limitation of liability
Askerium is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, errors in AI responses, or damages arising from use of the service. AI-generated responses are indicative and must be verified before any decision.
6. Service availability
We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service. We may discontinue, modify, or limit the service at any time without notice.
7. Intellectual property
The Askerium name, logo, and all service code are the exclusive property of their respective owners. Copying, reproducing, or distributing parts of the service without written permission is not permitted.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Italian courts.
